Intercast Nozzle Series
The NEW Intercast Nozzle, Patent Pending, is an Air Atomising
Thickening Flat Pattern Cooling Nozzle, designed with steel
continuous casting applications in mind.
Unlike Standard ŇAir-MistÓ style nozzles that are one piece,
Cannot be serviced and rely on a separate nozzle for each
operating condition, the Intercast has a series of interchangeable
Air and Fluid Path Body Combinations, that can be changed
easily or replaced when required.
The External dimensions of the Nozzle are such, that it
will retro fit into existing nozzle plumbing, and thus interchange
with other old technology nozzle brands, to reduce the need
for updated nozzle Plumbing ( consult factory for suitability
to your current system )
